"Rooms are clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was great and filling. Rooms have proper showers. About one block from the 4-line station and a few more block from the D-line so easy to get everywhere. Second time I have stayed at Highbridge Hotel and will likely stay there again next time I am in New York."

"1st check-in fast and easy. The room was clean and sitting areas, bed and floors kept clean. But the bathroom quit a few boogers on the walls next 2 the toliet. The breakfast was good and a good deal of choices. But the garbage cans would get filled till over flowing and the staff didn't change the bag out? The pool was closed because the city is taking months 2 renew the license;( Lastly 1 check in lady needs some additional customer service training.) But most were great. For the money well worth the stay."

"I rented a room for some family members during the recent heat wave, when our AC wasn't working in our own home, and it was such a disaster that they left. They changed rooms multiple times due to blood stains on the couches, lights that did not work, and lack of cleanliness. The people at the front desk were unprofessional in their treatment of my family - not taking them seriously, laughing at them, and treating them with sarcasm. I had reserved one night and then called to extend it (before they checked in) and the front desk attendant answered the phone laughing, such that I could not understand her greeting and thought I had the wrong number. This place was a disappointment, and we will not be returning or recommending it to anyone."
