"This is a semi-automated hotel; staff is generally not in the building. The automation is iffy--the check-out kiosk in the lobby couldn't find our reservation by last name or by reservation number. We finally had to call to check out. On the plus side, the rooms were very clean. On the minus side, there is a large and poorly placed pillar next to the bed, which makes getting in and out of bed a chancier proposition than it should be. The location is excellent--maybe 150 meters from the central train station. Important note: This isn't the hotel's responsibility, but Google Maps will navigate you (even for walking directions) to the parking lot in the *back* of the hotel rather than to the far more convenient *front* of the hotel.
