"There was a problem at check in - I had to send and resend the confirmation from Expedia. The room was run down and dimly lit, and the bathroom door didn't close. We were tired from a long trip, and thought we might eat at the hotel restaurant. We went to check it out and were met by a very rude waitress who told us to "Get out!". The rooms are great but although it has a kictheb there are absolutely no cutlery, crockery, utensils or pans which was a pain.
