Très bon séjour. Appartement conforme à la description. Jolie piscine. Très bon point de départ pour visiter la Toscane. Bel endroit calme au milieu des oliviers. L'appartement 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain est situé à l'étage et donc le coin terrasse n'est pas accessible directement et est très petit : juste la place pour manger, pas d'espace privatif extérieur: seul point négatif.

Spacious apartment with 3 doiuble bedrooms and good facilities including two swimming pools - one for toddlers and one for adults etc. The apartment was in a large countryside complex and was excellent for children and with superb views all around.

Nice accomodation with good facilities

Very nice location, apartments are a bit dark but well equiped. Pool is very nice and clean. Two remarks, when you have an apartment on groundfloor and the apartment on the first hosts eight people it can be a bit noisy. Also it is stated that pets are not allowed but unfortunately there were guests with pets (dogs were unleached also around swimmingpool and pied on lawn)

Et virkelig dejligt sted. Lejligheden var rummelig og ren. Venlig, hjælpsom og engelsktalende vært. Udearealerne meget flotte og godt vedligeholdt. Poolen altid ren. Eneste negative ting var de mange myg. Montaione by er særdeles hyggelig med små butikker og restauranter. Hele to supermarkeder i gå afstand fra La Valle.

Just what I imagined!

We stayed there recently with our 4 boys. It was absolutely beautiful with amazing views everywhere you looked. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was plenty of room. It was very hot and there is no air conditioning but there are fans for the bedrooms. I would come again at a time that was slightly cooler. The staff was very helpful, answering questions and offering advice. There is a supermarket about 1 minute away which is very convenient as there is a kitchen and barbecues for each unit. The little town which is about a 5 minute drive away is adorable. We went to Florence one of the days. We drove our rental car to another nearby town and took the train in, which was about 5 euros each. This was very convenient and Florence was amazing. I absolutely loved staying at La Valle and would definitely do it again.

Nice Place to Stay in Tuscany - Centrally located.

I would have given this place a much higher rating if we went another time of year. Our rooms were spacious and the pool a hit with the kids. The location was pretty central to everywhere we wanted to go. Pisa, 45 min., Siena 55 min, and aiport 35 minutes. The area where the apartment is located is on a bluff with spectacular views. This would have been a great stay if it had air-conditioning or at the very least ceiling fans. We hit Tuscany at perhaps one of their hottest weeks of the year, it was in the 90's. By ~ 8:00 PM the temperature dropped to ~ 80 oF, at which we opened the windows and allowed any breeze to come in. After two nights of pretty hot sleeping I asked the owner about fans. He had forgotten to put them in the rooms...The fans made it bearable but ceiling fans would have been far better.

Good basic accommodation in central location

The staff could not have been nicer and the accommodation was well furnished and extremely clean. It was however a little functional and lacking in any frills.

Med familjen i Toscana

Boendet ligger fantastiskt fint på en höjd med utsikt över det vackra toscanska landskapet, tyvärr ligger det en halvtimme från närmaste större väg vilket gör att det tar lite tid att ta sig iväg någon annanstans. Lägenheterna är väldigt rymliga och har rustik stil med egen öppen brasa, grill, diskmaskin och ett bra utbud av köksattiraljer. Uteplatsen till varje lägenhet är väl tilltagen och man sitter väldigt lugnt och ostört. Det finns gratis tvättmaskin på området med god tillgänglighet. Ett stort plus för deras Wifi som höll väldigt hög standard för Sydeuropa. Lägenheternas stil gör tyvärr att de är ganska mörka och om man är van vid fyrstärniga stadshotell kan de kännas lite ofräscha, vilket de inte är. Poolen som finns på området är en trevlig liten pool som passar de flesta, skulle dock inte rekommendera en längre vistelse för att bada här. Många sevärdheter finns på mellan 1 och 2 timmars resväg. Skulle främst rekommendera boendet för vuxna eller familjer med äldre barn. De som driver hotellet är fantastiskt trevliga och tillmötesgående, de tillverkar också sitt eget vin och olja som de säljer vid receptionen vissa dagar, lite trevlig kuriosa även om vinet inte var någon höjdare

Picture Perfect

As someone who loves staying in the center of a city, I wasn't too thrilled at my husbands suggestion to stay in a vineyard in the country. After seeing the place, my opinion completely changed. True, it's a 20-30 minute drive from Florence, but once you lay eyes on the place, you don't care at all. We stayed in Giotto and the views from the back were breathtaking. The bed was comfy, the kitchen had everything that we needed, doing laundry was an additional benefit (they even provide the soap). I'm very caution entering a place and looking through cabinets, always afraid of what I might find. This place was very clean. We were able to cook a nice meal to save a few $$ and just relax. The owner was so nice and obviously proud of his hotel and vineyard. He answered our questions and gave us a bit of history of the place. It was the first place we told our family and friends about when we returned home.
