After the door there are 2 steps up to the accommodation level but no further door beyond these steps. During the night my wife woke up to go to the bathroom. As there was no lighting, and she was in an unfamiliar environment, she mistook the space above the steps to be the entrance to the bathroom. "The staff are first rate. Obliging, helpful, well informed. The property itself is very beautiful and the rooms we were all allocated we’re very pretty and meticulously clean the breakfast was very good with lots of local produce and the location is one of the prettiest villages in France. Highly recommended."

Comme ils étaient absents lors de notre passage, c'est leur sympathique amie Ophélie qui nous a accueillis et qui nous a servi les délicieux petits déjeuners (café, viennoiseries, baguette, confitures et biscuits maison). Le site est magnifique; la chambre, jolie et confortable; et la région, digne de l'esprit provençal : nous avons tout particulièrement aimé découvrir Grignan et Nyons, et monter tout en haut de la tour de Chamaret. "Perfect setting in the Medieval part of Vaison-La-Romaine. Easy to walk within the old parts of the town and to get to the city center for a meal. We loved the pool and AC during the heat wave! Parking is a little hit or miss, but what is available is close by and very convenient."

Nice and quiet and cool in the hot weather. Rose-Marie is a gem of a host and definitely a highlight of the stay. A must stay if you are visiting Vaison-la-Romaine, you will not regret it!"
