Friendly staff. Cashless hotel tho. I was unable to change money so I could tip the shuttle driver. Shuttle drivers Pam and Christopher, were great!!!

Quality Inn Newark - Wilmington
Overall a quiet stay. Staff was friendly and helpful helping me navigate the area. I would say my only issue was the broken door in the lobby but overall, i liked it. I'll be returning

Room was clean. The description stated that the unit would contain an oven, which it did not. It only had a countertop stove plate. Also, very limited electrical outlets working in the bedrooms. This is a great value - spacious and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, tea kettle, coffee maker, pretty much everything you could need. The washer/dryer worked well and were a snap to use.
