"The location was great- near transportation and restaurants, and our room was very nice/ clean. We enjoyed sunny afternoons at the rooftop restaurant, which had outdoor seating and happy hour from 2:00- 6:00. Mostly, we were very grateful for Pasquale, who helped us with our reservation when our flights were delayed and our stay was extended. Because of his exceptional service, our stay was perfect. "

"I lived in NYC for 5 years and travel to this wonderful city 4-6x a year. This has been the best hotel I've stayed at for so many reasons. Location!!! A couple of blocks away from SoHo, Bowery, LES and Nolita. Shopping, restaurants, bars, parks, bodegas, grocery stores were literally steps away. Amazing lounge bar, great restaurant, beautiful rooftop view, lockers for your luggage, clean and decent size rooms, great Customer Service. Anything Ian Schrager touches is pure gold.⭐️"

"You would be a fool to stay any place else. Yes, it’s right in the heart of Broadway but that’s what you want right? And the people from the doorman to the staff of the entire hotel were absolutely fabulous funny kind, unbelievably helpful and incredibly polite."
