"I travelled with my family for a 60th birthday. We had a lovely welcome from the staff, offered us drinks and snacks on arrival which were v welcomed after a long journey and with the blistering heat. The room was v clean, with clean towels everyday
A free mini bar in room and refreshments at the reception area was also very nice. Breakfast was great. The location was perfect for us, there is a tram stop 10min walk and central statiin is a 10-15min walk. We got the hotel to ring taxis for mum when needed and they arrived in minutes. Can't praise this hotel enough, if we go back to Milan, this is where we will stay."
"We've been staying at Hotel Sanpi since 2022 — with my mother, with family, and on my own — and it's become our default in Milan. Clean, quiet rooms, good breakfast, and reception staff who are always helpful. Quiet street two minutes from Porta Venezia metro, walking distance to Corso Buenos Aires, and easy to reach Centrale for day trips. As a solo traveller I've always felt comfortable here. Well located and well run."
"The breakfast is amazing! Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff are great from reception to the servers. We are staying in the executive rooms and they gave us permission to eat and drink everything in the minibar/fridge throughout our stay with a personalized letter.
Very close to the Genova Brignole train station and close/walking distance to a lot of restaurants/the fun things happening around, quite a few grocery stores within 2-3 minutes walk, there’s a farmers market style open market (Like Granville Island in Vancouver BC within 3 minutes walk; Called MOG Genoa where you can buy lots of fresh food stuffs if you need, the UNESCO protected historical buildings (Piazza De Ferrari, Aquarium of Genoa, Porto Antico etc are within 10-15 minutes walk one way).
Beautiful hotel, loved our stay, will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Genoa 🇮🇹"
"The location is so near the Milan Central Terminal which is very convenient. The rooms were well-kept, tidy and organized. The only complain we had is the AC. It was still hot between the 2 rooms that we had. Breakfast items are very good with having hot options and the pastries are yummy. Princess at the front desk is very helpful and the Filipino server during breakfast is very friendly. Will stay here again when in Milan."
