Monte Cristi National Park

The hotel was wonderful the staff , the food , amenities. My daughter got sick and they were wonderful taking care of her. You are very safe here . I definitely can come back again.

Our stay at Excellence El Carmen was absolutely fantastic. The resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were beautiful and well-maintained, the restaurants offered excellent food with a wide variety of options, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The only thing I would mention is that if your main reason for visiting is to enjoy the beach and the ocean, you may want to avoid traveling during June, July, or August. During these months, there can be a significant amount of seaweed along the shoreline. This is a seasonal natural occurrence and is not the hotel’s fault. The resort does a great job maintaining the property, but the seaweed can affect the beach experience. Other than that, everything about Excellence El Carmen was outstanding. We had an amazing vacation and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and memorable getaway.
