"The good: Fiesole is a tranquil little town and an easy 15 minute bus ride into downtown Florence. We saw many hikers and cyclists passing through. The bad: the hotel is dingy and charmless. It advertises views of the Tuscan countryside but these are a sliver at best. Our room had a moldy shower, stained curtain, and repainted second hand furniture. The front desk is not manned 24/7. The breakfast is so-so. In short, if you want to avoid the pricier hotels in town, or access to local hiking trails, this is a good option, otherwise be prepared to be somewhat depressed by your rooms."

"Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Location close to airport was very useful. Just wish you offered a shuttle service to the airport, even if you charged a small fee."

"This property was an amazing find - boutique style, gorgeous architecture, well appointed rooms, beautiful gardens and walking trail, luscious breakfast buffet and incredible staff. I would absolutely love to stay here again - Laura at the front desk and Kena in the breakfast room made our trip super special with their attentiveness and high level of customer service."
