"Hotel is a lovely character building, with a nice finished interior in the main lobby and downstairs amenities. Staff are very friendly and they offer a nice experience to guests. The breakfast is very poor. Savoury/fresh options were not fresh. Cakes and pastries are nice, but only so much you can eat for breakfast. The bar is also very expensive for what you receive. The superior room is clean, bright but very basic for a 4 star hotel, with dated design and tired bathroom facilities. Staff made the experience better but otherwise, the hotel could use a bit of a an uplift."

"They staff, from the desk to the restaurant, could not be more welcoming and helpful. That being said, the standard rooms are dated and need updates and the amenities are not great. Also, the hotel is not very central so expect large Uber or Taxi fares to get anywhere. On top of that, the hotel experienced a power outage from 10:30pm until 10am on our last night, and not one person contacted me to see if I was okay. As a handicapped person, on the sixth floor, that was not very comforting. Additionally, upon checkout, no accommodation was made, which was disappointing."

"We stayed for 4 nights. The room met our needs. Please remember to always tell the Figo Restaurant staff that you are staying at Noba (so you get the 20% discount). At breakfast, you need to Checkin with the restaurant staff with your room number. The breakfast was fantastic - with many items to choose. Ask the staff for one of the many juices they have in stock. When getting around Rome, we finally learned how to use the busses effectively. We always bought bus tickets from the Tabacci down Nomentana (to the right when you come out of the hotel). They are 1.50 Euros per person. They give you a ticket that is not โ€œtap & goโ€ (You can use your credit card at the โ€œtap & goโ€ devices). You need to time stamp your ticket on a different (yellow, not burgundy) device, by inserting your ticket in this device - it will time stamp the ticket (your ticket allows 100 minutes from the initial stamp)."

"Overall great experience. Friendly staff who was very accommodating. We choose the breakfast option which was great but, it wasn't open until 7 am. Wish it was 6 am as we had excursions booked and only ate there twice. We were there during a heat wave and air conditioning could only be at 24 degrees which was ok at night but still warm during the day."

"Room was clean enough for staying in the middle of the woods same with literally everything else if your expecting luxury your in the wrong place but its not the worst if you get a cabin with your own shower, staff were very helpful with upgrading my room and making sure everything was working, there was a wasp nest in the bush next to my door but again your staying in the middle of the woods so its bound to happen to someone"
