"We stayed in a bungalow at this campsite and it was great! It was quite hot during the day without aircon or a fan, but thankfully it cooled down quite a lot in the evenings so having a window open was fine. Seems like the bungalows have 2 sun loungers on each shaded balcony so having an afternoon snooze was also possible. There was a shop onsite which is very convenient. "The pool was beautiful; so refreshing. It was lovely not to have to rush to get a shaded sunbed for our granddaughter - there were always plenty of beds and umbrellas available around the pool. Unfortunately, to get from the reception area to our rooms we had to negotiate spiral staircase made of stone. Having to transport a pushchair and carry a baby up and down these stairs was very dangerous and unreasonable. We were very surprised that there was no lift available. We had the same issue when we went to the pool or beach - another spiral staircase and no lift. The quality of food was good and the prices were similar to those in the resort."

"Beautiful hotel, lobby, pictures on the walls of various arches throughout the area. Wonderful breakfast area and breakfast. Nice pool. Room was very nice. Staff was wonderful. There are a couple of roof pictures with a view and they are from actually one suite on the top floor and not a public area. There is a public area with a bit of a view of the ocean as well, but it's not as nice as that room's balcony. Would definitely stay there again."

"This resort was absolutely amazing. It was spotlessly clean and hygienic and the golf prices were incredibly affordable, making it possible to play every day. Children were welcome to use the driving range or the nine-hole course, both of which were excellent. The food options weren’t the best overall but La Grill, the flagship restaurant, was outstanding. It didn’t disappoint and I’d love to return. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout, always helpful. The pool was a great size with a deep and shallow end, catering to both children and adults. There was a pool bar nearby and unlike many other resorts, the pool beds didn’t have towels on top. Instead, staff provided cushions upon arrival and returned them upon departure, ensuring we always had a sunbed. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to various destinations. However, Uber was incredibly cheap and Uber Eats offered a wide range of food options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return in the future."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Rooms were clean. The location was perfect. Right across the street for the beautiful beach and in the perfect location for nightly strolls. Lots of shops and restaurants. There was a convenient store in the back of the hotel with baked goods, meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables. Breakfast buffet was amazing!! Looked forward to it each morning! The Marina is a short walk to catch the tour for the Bengali cave tour. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Our family had a wonderful time at Boavista Golf & Spa. We stayed in a self-catering unit that was modern, spacious, and very clean, providing all the room and flexibility we needed. While we enjoyed cooking our own meals, we also ordered food from Le Bistro a few times during our stay. The meals were consistently great and well-prepared. We made good use of the gym and spa, both of which feature excellent facilities with something for everyone. Just be sure to book your sessions in advance by calling ahead. The location is great but given the nature of Lagos and the rest of the Algarve, it is best to have a car. We had a rented car which made the holiday much more convenient and enjoyable. Between the location and top-tier amenities, Boavista delivered the perfect flexible family vacation in Lagos. We look forward to returning!"
