We got fresh towels every day and the stay included a free bottle of red wine, which was nice. I didn't cook at the stay, but there was a kitchen with free tea, biscuits & cookies. Location was good! Would recommend."

"Great location for the tower and cathedral, but our rooms either side of the front door on the ground floor were terribly noisy with no potential to open the window resulting in a VERY poor night's sleep. Facilities in the hotel are limited with just an inroom coffee machine and a communal microwave and vending machine, but adequate with a good cafe and McDonald's opposite and plenty of restaurants close by. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Parking on the street proved easy although the African guys looking for tips (and trying car doors) was slightly intimidating. On street parking was E1.60 per hour and free 8pm to 8am. "
