"Was a bit sceptical going with this place as it had two excellent reviews, well it didn’t disappoint. The room looks like it’s newly renovated. Everything was super clean, it had all the things you needed. It’s 10 minutes away from the train station and 10 minutes away from tourist attractions. Very quiet and safe around the building. "This was the best room we stayed in all of Italy !!! They had everything we needed. Exceptional room - very large for Italy, very clean, comfy bed. All the amenities. They even have a kitchen on each floor where you can cook !! Exceptional location, wonderful directions, great staff. It was charming and beautiful. I would highly recommend this property. And the view from the rooftop terrace - WOW. You could see the whole city. Well done Lady Verona !!"

"It was the perfect room for us. Easy access to train station, 20 minutes walk to the old quarter, large enough for a family of 4, and on the top floor where we stayed, a beautiful view! The staff was lovely, and were very kind, allowing the 3 members of our party who could dine during the breakfast hours to prepare a takeaway for the fourth who had business in the morning. The breakfast was well worth the extra cost, and would be a recommended add on to your stay!"

"Hotel con aspecto bastante antiguo, solo pude encontrar 1 enchufe y estaba al lado de la puerta del cuarto en el suelo. El aire no enfriaba y la bañera se inundaba, sin hablar del recibimiento estricto en recepción, sobre el check in extremadamente puntual a las 2pm ni un solo minuto antes sin importar si la habitación ya esta disponible."

"The property was located near the city center, close to the arena. Beautiful space, with two bedrooms and laundry facilities, also, it was a great area for walking around the old town, The negatives, the bathroom area had a sewage smell, the apartment was located right about a bar, so loud music to all hours and the door handle fell off. All were addressed with reception during our check out, which did not seem to be a big concern to them. So beware of this when checking in…you might want to avoid room 318."
