"No issues, staff was awesome, friendly, courteous, food was awesome, plenty to select from. And what can I say about the variety of wine selection, Chianti was great, excellent body, color, hreat aroma. "

"Bed was very hard. I did ask for a mattress topper but it was so thin that it made no difference. Paper cups in the room were disappointing. Would have expected proper cups given that we had tea and coffee making facilities. Glasses for water were also plastic. Tea and coffee were not replenished each day. Nor was the water. Only allowed for one day of your stay! The balcony was different to the photo and also close to a busy road so not relaxing. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The set evening meal was in a different hotel across the road and very poor. No one eating in there says it all. The manager was however very apologetic and did not charge us. Hopefully they can put this right. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful."
