"I visted in winter so the property was not in its summer glory but was charming and my room was palatial. The food was good. The hotel spa was amazing and I had a wonderful treatment. The location is perfect right next to the fameous Terme. The staff were incredibly kind and really looked after us. I recommend it. "

"Lovely staff, amazing food at the restaurant and comfortable room. We arrived very late (2am) due to a delayed flight but were still able to check in no problem. The restaurant garden is gorgeous and evening menu is delicious and very reasonably priced. Breakfast is served in the garden too and is a good normal continental buffet. The room was comfortable and clean if a little dated, but we felt that was part of the charm. ts kind of old school, but all the better for it. "

The rooms are huge and the service is good, but I'm not sure that it really merits "5 stars" if you compare to other hotels of that description. It is worth noting that most of the grand hotels in Montecatini Terme seem to be in similar condition."
