"The Management has an outstanding costumer service because he goes far and behind to ensure safety of his customers. I would recommend anyone to experience the beauty of small town Schio. The public transportation to big cities is available by train. The quiet town has many coffee shops with fine coffee, hot chocolate and pastries. The pizza and food is tasty. The hotel room is very clean with a good breakfast. The surrounding mountain is beautiful. You can walk or run and experience the beautiful surroundings. "The reception was very friendly and welcoming. I can’t remember his name but he was so helpful with everything including checking out and calling us a taxi to go back to the station. The hotel has an old vintage vibe to it but we enjoyed it and the room was clean! "
