"This place lives up to its name. The apartment was luxurious and immaculate. The check-in information was easy to follow. The videos showing us where to go and how things work were very clear and easy to understand. It's very close to the ferry, shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"Lovely local area - very authentically Italian. However 40 mins drive uphill from main Como lake and city, 25 mins drive to the local lake area advertised on site. Parking extremely difficult as busy with restaurant and the locals. Restaurants/shops nearby are delicious and very cheap in comparison to down in Como. Views are beautiful and the accommodation itself if nice. "

"We stayed here as we had a wedding to attend . We had a room with a partial lake view and had a veranda with a table and chairs and parasol and access to the pool. The sister hotel offer a lovely breakfast at discounted rate of €15 PP and that is on the roof top area great choice available . Staff were lovely . A fab venue in a beautiful location . "

"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"Beautiful l, spacious and comfortable apartment above Piazza Costello with a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore. Apartment is a bit difficult to locate. Parking is limited and distant. Once we arrived at the apartment, our trip was most enjoyable. "

"Staff were amazing especially Gloria, she was just amazingly helpful and a credit to your business. The hotel is everything we expected and more. Typically Italian, fantastic location, great food, everything on hand and local. Shame about the parking situation but it's still the place to go in Bellagio. "

"One of the nicest views in Lake Como region is right outside your hotel room. The Pool area and areas for outside seating near the pool are perfect spots to spend time in the late afternoon as you head into the golden hour. The staff is all professional, friendly and helpful. Service to the room is excellent and the restaurant is also outstanding, Michelin quality food and service. The Spa, Workout facilities and everything else compares favorably to any Five star hotel we've stayed in, in Italy or otherwise. A short 10 minute walk to the heart of the Bellagio tourist region puts your right close to the action"
