"This hotel is a Gem in Maiori. This is the second time I stayed @Hotel Sole Splendid and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! Our front sea view room was beautiful, with a comfy bed/pillows, and cozy linens; nice and clean bathroom, a balcony with a breathtaking view. The buffet breakfast is amazing, it has everything, and the waiters are very nice, specially Antoinette and Gabriel. And ladt but not least, the A+ Reception Staff, Andreina, Natasha, Ida and Gaetano. Thank you guys for accommodating our requests and making our stay so delightful. "The Grand Hotel Excelsior Amalfi is situated higher up in Amalfi with stunning views. The hotel staff are very helpful and the free hotel shuttle to and from Amalfi city centre is a plus. The hotel room charge includes breakfast that is quite good. The pool is nice and clean. We were guests mid-May so did not get to go to their private beach. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel in Ravello on the Amalfi Coast. Everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The highlight was definitely the exceptional view — absolutely breathtaking and one of the best parts of staying in Ravello. We also really enjoyed the large outdoor swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to enjoy the Amalfi Coast. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ravello"

"Location is good and it’s newly renovated. Breakfast was included and the staff is helpful scheduling transportation to Positano or Revello. The days we were here there were many Ferry cancellations seemingly due to rough wave action on the various docs. The big boats could ride the waves better but it’s the docking experience seems to be a challenge during large swells in the ocean. The hotel was excellent in helping to create the backup plans."

"This is not the most convenient location- you have to take a shuttle with limited times to get to the train station to get to Sorrento and from there get a ferry to Naples, Capri or Amalfi / Positino. I thought we were staying in Sorrento so took a ferry there and it costs us $80 euros to get to hotel sadly. You also have to get a bus between the ferry port and train station or walk it. All of this hard on my husband who uses a Walker. However, with all that said, this place is TERRIFIC!! No complaints whatsoever. Amazing views of Vesuvius, beautiful pool, great staff, lovely breakfast, spacious room & balcony, etc!"
