The authentic breakfast options were great and the rooms were clean however you can see the flaws the rooms ex( missing paint, touch repairs, pool area etc). The area of the hotel during the day is ok but at night can be slightly questionable.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel 39 in Montego Bay! The rooms were super clean, and the entire property was spotless, welcoming, and very well kept. The staff were incredibly pleasant and made the experience even better with their friendly and helpful attitude. It was also very affordable while still being comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montego Bay!

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel, we had the ocean view king room . Room was clean and comfortable. The only issue in the room was the when you showered the bathroom would flood. We adjusted the shower head and was fine. The staff was quite nice. A perfect spot if you want to enjoy the night life offered on the hip strip Montego Bay, all in walking distance from this hotel. Will stay here again

We really wanted to give Hotel 39 a full 5-star rating, but a few small details held us back. Each time we showered, water leaked out of the bathroom into the room, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was decent, but it lacked authenticity, being Jamaican, the flavors didn’t quite hit for us and overall tasted a bit bland. That said, the breakfast staff truly stood out. Their customer service was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We felt welcomed and safe throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.
