"Hotel was ok. Staff was nice. Long line to get omelets in the morning and breakfast was only until 9 am, too early for spring break with kids and a check out at 11 am. Pool was not very clean. Overall an ok hotel but not great for the price (you pay an extra $15/night for parking as well)"

"This is probably my 5th time staying at the Dunes. It's become my home away from home when I'm in Palm Springs. Great staff. Clean. Well maintained. Affordable. Walkable to downtown PS - love taking a morning walk."

"The bed was clean. We didn’t shower there. Pools were full of kids. Not relaxing but good for families on a budget or passing through. "

"What was supposed to be a relaxing, first-time trip to Palm Springs turned into a very disappointing experience. During our stay, multiple restaurants and bars on the property were closed, and the pools were also unavailable. None of this was communicated to us ahead of time. We later found out that the majority of the hotel had been rented out to a large group, which clearly impacted the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency was only part of the issue. Staff consistently provided conflicting and inaccurate information, which made it difficult to plan anything and added to the frustration. Overall, the service felt disorganized and unwelcoming. While the resort fee was waived, it did not adequately address the extent of the inconvenience and disruption to our stay. Would not recommend based on this experience. "

"So much potential! Awesome vibe and staff. Great pool and view but the purple carpet needs to go! Cleanliness of rooms was fine but the carpet makes everything look run down and dirty. Staff was awesome and overall a really fun stay!!"

"when we arrived at 100 in the after we asked if we could checkin early they said room was not ready so we showed up at 400 pm checkin time I asked for a phone call no phone call to lets us knowwhen are room was ready as we were walking to our room they had rooms on the bottom floor with venders selling merchandise to I have no clue to me this was very unprofessional I was wondering what kind of place we checked into the room was ok the hotel was out dated aaaa there was a basket in the bathroom with no soap or anything in it no shampoo in the room no soap lucky we brought are own I would not stay here again very disappointed"

"Check in staff was very nice. However, the room was in poor condition. The wall paper was cut in pieces, falling off in others. The carpet was not vacuumed, the prior guests had left tags from new clothes on the floor. There was candy on the side of the mini fridge. Hair in the sink and shower. Long hair in a pile behind the toilet. Worse of all there was poop on the drawstring bag thay has the extra toilet paper roll in it on top of the toilet. Super dirty room. "
