"The hotels ac was not working so the hotel, my room was supper hot and could not sleep. Tried to call to ask for a different room but no one answered the call. At check out I let the front desk know that my room was horrible and they said I had to call back and talk to the e manager in charge."
"This was not a good place to stay. The room we were given wasn’t clean and it needed some serious updating. Not only was the room not clean (hair in the shower, dirty shower curtain, dirty counter and sink etc) the furniture needed replacing including a broken lamp and two very dirty sitting chairs. I didn’t want to touch much in this room and couldn’t wait to check out. I don’t recommend staying here."
"Not clean at all. The ceiling had a hole. When you on the bathroom light the fan starts with it and is extremely load and obnoxious. Window sill is broken. There was a huge bug in the room. When asked for a refund we were told to contact Expedia."
