"Decent stay. Not worth the price tag "

"Needs a lot of care. Holes in the walls. Beds need update and restrooms need restorations. "

"Room was clean-ish, elevators were out of order and you had to wait upwards of 10 minutes to get on one. Hallways were dirty"

"The staff person who helped me was impatient and rude. I asked for the screen I was to sign show the correct dollar amount I was charged and he refused and said that "he would fix it on his end." When I checked out he could not produce a receipt for my room charge and told me to call after 3:00 PM. Later that day I realized I had left some personal belongings and he said that they were probably thrown away by the housekeeping staff and then when pressed to speak to the housekeeping manager he acted as though he could not hear me and that the service was bad. When I called the next day, a different employee said that the lost and found policy was to bag and tag everything and that he would look for my items. He also told me that my reservation looked unusual and that he would have a manager reach out to me. I'm still waiting. In addition to this, our room was dirty (floor and shower) and in disrepair. Thankfully, the bed was very comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"Everything was okay during our stay. It was closer to the Casino. "

"Red Garter currently has zero rooms available due to a flood. They put us in a room at the Nugget instead and it was very hot a/c didn't do much and the room was old and outdated. Did not have fridge or microwave or even an iron. "

"Small, well kept place with nice check in folks. Safe place and town. "

"The stuff was really good about helping us with any problems we had. The first room that we purchased had a jacuzzi, but the surfaces of everything had clearly not been cleaned for quite a while. Very sticky. Just a mess. They upgraded us to a nicer room. Countertops and things like that work significantly better. The blanket however had what looked like chocolate smudges, hopefully. Showers are pretty bad too. But we kinda expect that everywhere we go, so we brought sandals. Had a really good couple of restaurants on site. Romanza and another Grill (I forget the name). It is not smoke free in the casino. Beat be aware of that."
