"We booked this hotel on a half board basis. When we sat down to dinner the waiter said we could not have half board. He was incredibly rude and it was embarrassing. Finally, after checking our booking he relented and said we could choose one course only from the menu. Do not book this hotel, the customer service was unforgivable."

"Everyone was real nice. We struggled with transportation, but our front desk called taxis for us for 30 minutes before finally finding one. No one was accepting my uber ride. This might have been a random occurrence because it was Sunday and the country was on holidays. We left before breakfast due to our flight time. They prepared take away snacks for us. Very thoughtful. The free bikes were great also."
