The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with excellent service. A special thank you to Ermin at the front desk, who helped us upgrade to a balcony room (worth the extra cost for the breathtaking sunset views!), and to Aida as well for her warm and helpful service. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!"

"We stayed in the junior suite, and it was wonderful. The room was big, and the view of the city was beautiful. We also liked the breakfast, where you have a big variety of different food options, and the staff is very friendly. We also enjoyed being in the sea spa area, which is accessible within the hotel. "It was a lovely property with beautiful views. I wish we would have had time to explore more of the area and the hotel amenities. I took off one star because we were not able to control the thermostat in our own room, which is important to me. We were told it was centrally controlled. It was very stuffy in the room but when we opened the door to the balcony to get air, any fan movement in the room stopped. Please consider letting guests control their room temperatures, especially when the weather is at least 10 degrees warmer than expected."
