This is a very good hotel

This is a very good hotel checking in and out was perfect. Friendly staff , very clean and perfect location. The only thing is parts of the building that needs to be painted and fixed. Other than that a very good hotel to stay in Monterrey, very close to everything.

Elegi el hotel por la alberca que segun llame estaba climatizada y no fue cierto... el agua estaba fria... Reserve para 2 adultos y 2 menores y resulta que la tarifa mostrada aplica solo para 2 adultos y por cafa menor para el desayuno tuve que pagar $450 que es el costo del desayuno bufete, por lo cual pagar $900 de mas no contemplados pues no era lo que esperaba. Asi que me dejo mal sabor de boca eso en la estancia

Huespedes que fuman en sus habitaciones y el olor se filtra a otras habitaciones. El cafe del restaurant sabia a quemado y costaba $70 pesos, esta mejor el del oxxo No servia la calefaccion de la habitacion
