The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable—but on the bright side, the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great, right across from a shopping mall with lots of restaurants and shops. However, if you’re looking for more authentic food and local experiences, this might not be the best fit.

We had an excelllent stay. Our booking included a la cart breakfast and convenient parking in a great location. There were restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was spacious, modern and clean. There was much water pressure in the shower and sink (water can be an issue in certain parts of Monterrey). All in all, great place to stay.
