I tried to contact hotels to let you know the awafull experience, the checking was at 3 pm, I arrived 3:40 pm , no room available and my reservation was room with garden , they offer me another room and the told me it was an upgrade , awaful room with a view to the ceiking , also guesss next door ...

Gamma de Fiesta Americana Monterrey Gran Hotel Ancira
The bed linens were clean and the bed was very comfortable but it was a very basic room with few overall amenities. Also having one elevator be broken made wait times long and tedious to get to and from the room. The staff were very friendly and approachable!
