A special thank you must go to Paulo, who looked after us at the pool restaurant with such wonderful service. The facilities were equally impressive. We particularly loved the two separate beach accesses—one private, adults-only area for quiet relaxation and another perfect for families with children.
The food was consistently delicious, offering a fantastic culinary experience every day. The on-site spa was also incredible, featuring a variety of experiential areas and a massage staff who were excellent at their craft.
In short, the entire resort was a wonderful surprise. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can't wait to return."
"We really like hotel - the area is beautiful. The products they offered were amazing. There were a few things I thought were not communicated well. One of the major roads to the property was closed which meant we were driving around in circles. An email warning would have been helpful. We informed Google maps but they should have done that. The other issue with the property is the food. We had the very high end dinner one night and then they advised we need to book lunch, we show up and it's the same menu as the night before. And no-one told us that there was a casual menu at the pool that we could have had. And that menu should have been offered in the restaurant. We found that to be a major negative. I wouldn't want the same food as the night before. "
