"Location was good, but its definitely an older property and you can hear the people in the room next to you. Wouldn't recommend if you are a light sleeper.."

"Staff courteous. This is a pet friendly Property. Renovation is going on to Remodel units. My room had issues such as: Dog barking Shower/bath not working properly. Shampoo out in bathroom. Bathroom door lock not working Front door dead bolt not working Room was very clean and no odors. If you book, check if rooms on either side have pets. I would have changed rooms if I knew one side Neighbors had pets. Hotel is convenient to Bonita road And freeway. Dennys is walking distance from Hotel. Current owner is upgrading property."

"The room was tidy but the bath tub wasn't as clean as we would have liked it to be. Staff was awesome."

"The staff’s are all helpful, kind and friendly. They all greet with a smile. Room is clean and comfortable except for the pillow that’s not fluffy . Breakfast is good with choices to choose from. Will definitely come back and book again here."

"The ambience at this place is amazing. It doesn't feel like a hotel; you feel like you've snagged a room on a rich person's hacienda. I didn't give it full stars because the signage and communication were lacking. You have to call (by phone) to get someone to come and check you in. There is no check-in desk, which adds to the ambience, but if you don't know about that in advance, you'll be like me--circling the place on foot and by car, to find someone to check you in. Once inside, it's a maze of corridors with beautiful, museum-like rooms roped off. These also add to the ambience. But trying to remember where that office was, for a person (like me) with no sense of direction, was a nightmare. When we wanted to check out, I did find the office (after going up and down several hallways several times), but the door was locked. It was about 9:00 a.m. I then went outside, looking for someone. Then, I finally realized, I could call the same number I had called to check in. Did that, and a person came immediately. Advance information would have saved me a lot of stress."

"Bfast is not so good, only few bread..scrambles egg and boiled egg. And the coffee is so light like water. Whoever made coffee pls make it atleast medium roast. And the tv, so complicated. I don’t know if I am the only one complaining about it. Ah over all it’s ok.. "

"I would say that the only complaint we had was number one was the little breakfast thing they didn’t have orange juice. The apple juice wasn’t good. They had only apples. They had donuts in a package. They could’ve at least went to Sam’s Club and got muffins. Bagels doesn’t cost that much to do that. And then the microwave in our room, you had to unplug it to open up the door, then re-plug it back in And the bed was very uncomfortable super hard But other than the room being clean, it was really clean. I think you could add something against that bear wall in the king room that we stayed in but other than that, I would say that if I came back to that area, I would stay there again just some recommendations on the little breakfast thing. The coffee was good and maybe get some sweet creamers."
