Great place to stay! Staff very knowledgeable of the area and willing to help. My room was very nice. Night winds were high so it was a bit loud. Nothing the hotel can change, just part of the area. Just something to be aware of in the area.

My boyfriend and I got a private and it was huge! The price was great we had a full kitchen and he staff was very nice and helpful. If you are used to hostels this is like a hotel great place loved it. Only thing was the area is so windy it was a bit loud at night from he wind rattling the Windows.

We booked the larger rooms, which were great, except for the beds are pretty hard and so are the pillows. Also the wind really blows through the property, just because of its location, so if you are a light sleeper, you better have ear plugs. Breakfast was awesome. All staff were very friendly and informative.

The room was clean. But the beds are very hard. It felt like sleeping on the floor. The breakfast is the most limited I’ve experienced in Costa Rica, you have no options, pancakes covered with powdered sugar and eggs. The front desk staff was friendly but that’s it. Oh and no hot or warm water in the bath sink, your only option is cold. We would not stay again.

Très bel endroit et très belle vue sur Monteverde et les montagnes. Plusieurs espaces commun. Déjeuners copieux et complets. Personnel très disponible et qui facilite le processus de réservation des activités. La cuisine commune est très petite, mais on s’y fait et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner y est.

Check in was easy and fast. Both of the gentlemen working at the front desk were extremely helpful, with tours or anything else. They both spoke English which benefited me greatly. Wifi was very fast and extremely hot water.

Okay option for the area.

Great view and excellent front desk staff! The bed was a very firm temperpedic type foam which slept hot. My friends had a few roaches in their rooms. The breakfast was fairly good in the morning as well.

Vi ankom lige til tiden til vores check ind af vores værelse, men vi skulle stadig vente i 1 time, før vi kunne få vores værelse! Det var ufattelig koldt på vores dormroom! Der var kun 2 toiletter og bade til vores dormroom, hvor vi boede cirka 16 mennesker og det synes jeg ikke var meget! Et plus var de havde nogle fede tours som vi tog på!

Das Check-in verlief reibungslos, das Personal war sehr freundlich und man kann die Ausflüge direkt an der Reception buchen. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Lage nahe am Zentrum (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss ins Zentrum). Das Frühstück war auch lecker und die Hängematten waren nach einem Tag im Nebelwald Gold wert. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

L'emplacement est idéal surtout avec des enfants. Le stationnement sous surveillance devant est rassurant, malgré le taux de criminalité bas. Très propre, les déjeuners sont très acceptables et le staff extraordinaire. Je recommande cet endroit pour les gens qui sont 3 jours ou moins puisqu'il n'y a pas de piscine.

The room was great a little dated with the art but no big deal. The common kitchen was good fridges were very clean, only downfall was only one burner was working for cooking. The common areas were amazing. Walking distance to down town also. Down the street is a little store where an older man hand makes beautifl jewerely and very reasonably priced we went back a second time to grab some things for friends it is a must stop!

Inte tjusigt, men det funkar.

Positivt med gardiner vid sängarna, det gav en känsla av avskildhet. Det fanns bara en filt som täcke, men när jag bad om ett extra lakan så var det inga problem att få det. Det var billigare att boka boendet via Hotels.com än att boka i receptionen. De skulle med enkla medel kunna förbättra upplevelsen av köket.
