This property is a joke! Do not believes on the pictures from their website. Terrible experience, I arrive to the hotel and an hour late I was out. I paid for one week no return money.

Clean , comfortable and convenient hotel

The Hotel Tres Cruces is a clean, comfortable and convenient hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was nice but not too spacious (for one person it was fine). The breakfast was limited to just rolls, cakes, ham, cheese, juice and coffee (no eggs or bacon). The room rate was very affordable.

Basic Economical Stay Centrally Located

Centrally located hotel convenient 5-minute walk to bus terminal; more like a 2.5 stars pushing for a 3; friendly helpful front desk staff; chatty noisy maids non-stop talking down the hallway since early morning hours; breakfast is very basic continental style with limited items; more mosquitoes in the lobby than in the room.

Hotel cerca de la terminal, con atención fabulosa

Fueron muy amables en permitirnos hacer checkin y checkout en horarios fuera de lo normal, lo cual nos ayudó muchísimo en nuestro viaje, más teniendo en cuenta que tenemos un bebé pequeño. El resto está bien, habitaciones limpias, desayuno normal.
