Regency Way Montevideo Hotel
The room was neglected. Shower was not cleaned for 5 days even after multiple requests. Chambermaids only make up bed and take towels. Towels not replaced unless requested. No ice available in hotel- not even in restaurant. Hallways were swept but never washed. Pool was not cleaned-slippery steps ...
