"We arrived late for an overnight stay. The staff was very helpful and ordered a cab for us to go to the airport early the next morning. They also gave us extra water and showed us how to purchase food from their small market, as the restaurant was closed. Good choice for us."

"Air conditioning was locked at 20 celsius so still hot. Junior suite rooms said it was accessible for people with mobility issues but there was no lift and large luggage had to be carried up a very small spiral staircase. Room freshening during stay was fair but not great. Bathroom was very dated. Do not rely on hair dryer provided in room - did not work well. Only provided refreshments on first night and not each night. Breakfast later in the morning was very depleted and slow to be refilled by staff."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Paris. The room was comfortable, peaceful, and exceptionally quietâwe never heard any noise from the hallway or neighbouring rooms. We also really appreciated the excellent, quiet air conditioning, which made for a truly relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The location was very convenient, with metro and bus stops nearby and all major sights reachable within 30 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!"
