"We had a lovely time! Front desk people were amazing and very helpful! Our room was twice as big! The only thing was when we tried to dine at the restaurant downstairs, waiter informed us that they can only serve pizza and salad coz of freezer issues, bummer! Other than that though, i highly recommend! "

"We stayed here for one night due to our flight to Vancouver being cancelled, and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel is compared to similar-level hotels in France or Italy. From the shuttle bus to the reception and restaurant, the service was outstanding. The room was clean, spacious, tidy, and very comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"Staff very customer oriented, concerfor our comfort. For multi day stays they give a free drink per person if you forego maid service which is an ecological plus. Être 2 minutes away. Free breakfast copious and varied hot and cold. Next to the arena if you are coming for a show or game"

"I flew in for one night and wanted dinner. Literally, only a single McDonald's in the area. As someone from the States, we don't actually eat McDonald's at home. It's not the hotel's fault, but I'm answering the last question of the survey honestly - there are horrible, or no, options for dinner in the area. Not even a convenient store to grab snacks and water."
