"The hotel were great at communication until they went home, arriving after reception hours we couldnt get hold of the out of hours caretaker, called hotels.com to help and eventually had to ask the restaurant to help find him. Once we found him he was great and was a big help. Room was spacious and they had made up the sofa bed for us in advance. The aircon was in the living room and not the large bedroom where it was needed. Good size balcony and kitchen had great facilties. TV didnt work much...

"Staff was very accommodating. Free off street parking was most welcome. Excellent location for toro stadium, football and rugby. Located on the scenic river and across from a top notch southern French restaurant that served us a full, four course meal at 12:00am. The hotel room was set up as a studio with kitchen. Exterior a bit dated but excellent value. Would stay there again on our travels."

"We just needed somewhere for an overnight stop on our journey by train from Spain to the UK (Eurostar via Paris). The 25 minute walk from and to the station was fine. Found a nice restaurant nearby for dinner. Nice location by the river. A bit confusing being called both the Miradour and the Ibis. Not quite sure what's going on there!"

"Great hotel. Family and dog friendly. Very convenient location perfect for us on our long journey. Air conditioned! There is a nice restaurant right across the road and a McDs.as well. Very quite rooms considering proximity to the road. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay again."
