The hotel is really in need of remodeling almost everywhere. The elevator and the carpet in the corridors are so dirty and old. Breakfast was good and offered variety of items. "Check-in was quick and easy and the hotel was so close to the rail station. The room was spotless and I had been given an upgrade with a bottle of wine. Everyone was so helpful, apart from one unhelpful bar person who would not allow me to drink my free bottle of wine in the bar area. The breakfast was acceptable but a little overpriced. The 2 night stay all in all was pleasant."

"We loved our stay here. The hotel was clean and comfortable, studio room small but well-equipped. We did find some dishes needed washing before use but that wasn't an issue for us. The hotel provided a small amount of cleaning supplies that lasted well. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was calm and very much welcome during the heatwave! Only a 15-minute walk from the nearest metro, which took a 6 minute journey into the centre of Toulouse. If you want a balcony, book a full apartment over a studio- this was not clear to us on the listing. I am unsure if all apartments have balconies, but the option to choose this would have made our stay perfect."
