Check in was easy and staff very useful, room was as expected however floors where very dirty. There is apparently no parking anymore so we had nowhere to leave the car and the fridge was not on when we arrived so had nowhere to put shopping we had bought. We also stated two double beds and the booking agent even made a special request for this, however it had not been done.
The welcome pack is basically useless and does not tell you any information about the buses, the pool, where to put rubbish, how to use the oven, contact numbers, the Wi-Fi code or even what to do when checking out.
The room was very noisy and you can hear every footstep made or door closed in the whole place, I was woken up lots in the night by this. A party kept me up until 4am one morning and there was no number for me to call to complain.
We only used the pool once, it wasn’t very warm, you don’t get any towels, the steam room smelt and the Jacuzzi fits about 3 people in, which for a complex with 200 rooms is pathetic.
The ski room leads straight to the slopes, although this is on the small side of the mountain and there is no boot warmer. There is a small shop below the complex which sells food as well as cooked pizzas to take away, the bus stop is also there.
