"Already reported that WiFi code can only be obtained at the reception and that the reception is a good wslk uphill and cannot be reached by (internal) telephone and eternal phone is not answered. Getting a warm shower meant that you need to wait 10 minutes before the hot water reaches the nice shower. Once hot it is hot. "

It wasn’t made clear on Expedia when booking that we’d have to pay extra for sheets The apartment was very tired It was a hot day and the apartment doesn’t have air con and only 1 window so it was very stuffy. "Le mĂ©nage n Ă©tait pas fait Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, l appartement sentait extrĂȘmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux Ă  cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse. Il nous a Ă©tĂ© impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hĂŽtelier nous a assurĂ© que le mĂ©nage avait Ă©tĂ© fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. "

"No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture
