"Not much staff when we were there, as it was not busy, but they were excellent. Feel like the place would have a great vibe on a busy college weekend. Room layout was great. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend, for sure. Don't know if our travels will take us there again, but would definitely choose the Doyle for another stay. "

Just finishing dinner at the Ivy Inn in Charlottesville,VA. Forget that William Faulkner once lived here when it had lodging. Today it is a restaurant and every aspect of the meal was amazing. The service was outstanding an thy even have a great wine and bar selection. A little out of the way but WOW so worth it.
