Disappointed that the swimming pool was not open - it was not noted on the website about being closed over winter. Also disappointed that as guests we would have to pay €6 per person ..."

"The hotel is fine and a good value but the staff is exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. We needed help retrieving a lost item from our previous hotel and they helped us track it down. The location is good, only a short ride to down town Reims. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean."
