"We had to follow up with the host for check-in instructions upon arrival, which caused an unexpected delay. The initial communication was also confusing, and there was a discrepancy regarding the cleaning fee compared to what was shown in the booking. Unfortunately, it took several attempts to get clarification, and the response times were slow. After eventually settling the issue, we received the check-in details. The process was frustrating and far from smooth. That said, the apartment...

"Très beau appartement, agréable et confortable, très bien adapté pour un bébé également avec le mobilier nécessaire. Le spa ainsi que la salle de jeu est top. Bonne communication par rapport à tout les activités à faire au alentour. Commerce boulangerie à proximité. Rien a redire."

"Stopover for us on way to south of France from Scotland. Used as a base to travel into Luxembourg which is a short drive away. Large and busy hotel - well appointed with huge restaurant and bar area and lots of staff. Room (I think it was called a spa suite) was one of the best we’ve stayed in as a family. Kids loved the “hidden” bedroom and bunk beds. So much space and lovely and clean. Fitness centre in hotel excellent too and the new surf pool they’re building next to the gym will be a lot of fun I’m sure! The restaurant offers good choice at breakfast and dinner. Food was generally quite good."

"Spent one night here, whilst touring. As you arrive, your first thoughts are WOW! The check in service was excellent. We were tired and not thinking straight, but the young man was patient and explained everything. We were confused as we had to pay on arrival but money had already been taken off the account. That was a security deposit of 100€. The rooms were enormous. The bed was extremely comfortable. The toilet was separate to the sink and shower. Kettle, coffee machine and fridge available for your use. The Spa is definitely worth the 5€ each for the hour. A steam room, sauna, 2 hot tubs and an exercise pool plus showers. We didnt eat or drink here but the price for the night was amazing value. The whole hotel was clean and in very well maintained."
