"Courtney at check in was very welcoming and conversational. The room was very clean with very well received upgrades. The roof deck was an added treat to see around the area. Hugh, the Manager was very nice and cheery during the continental breakfast."

"This hotel is incredibly loud. The walls must be paper thin. You can hear the shower above you running unusually loud and often and most everything your neighbors say. It’s a shame because it was very clean, and the staff were nice, but we didn’t get any sleep here. There were people in the hallways making noise all night. Lots of weird/sketchy activity in the surrounding neighborhood."

"We loved the large King suite. The complementary Happy Hour wine was lovely and the coffee was delicious. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great - walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the river walk. We will definitely be back!"

"Ants in the bathroom, dirty floors, pubic hair and splatter on the counter tops in the bathroom. Otherwise bed linens were clean. Coffee was good. TV was in working order. Door locks were loose and had to run the key card several times before it took. Front desk was helpful."

"Our room was clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were always asking if there was anything they could for us. When their top chef was on duty, the breakfast was great. Claudio parked and retrieved our car and was helpful with local advice. He set the good tone for all that followed during our stay. The front desk was friendly and flexible and dealt with my needs before and after my hernia repair surgery, making sure my linen was freshly changed on the day I left the hospital and returned to the Dossier. I've mentioned Claudio in this review yet there were many others who were very helpful too but I can't recall their names! All in all my wife and I had a very pleasant stay which helped my recovery go as smoothly as it did."
