"Breakfast was outstanding with every possible combination and variety. Surroundings are superb and you are transformed to an era of movie stars in the 50s The staff can’t do enough and are wonderful. My only issues were the airless rooms in the extraordinary heat (they provided fans, but they didn’t really do the job and sleeping was problematic). It’s and old hotel and A/C can’t go into every room. Finally, it could do with a lick of paint and the bathrooms some fresh sealant."
