After the door there are 2 steps up to the accommodation level but no further door beyond these steps. During the night my wife woke up to go to the bathroom. As there was no lighting, and she was in an unfamiliar environment, she mistook the space above the steps to be the entrance to the bathroom. The desk barely spoke English, even though listing clearly said they spoke English. They have a great FREE parking lot. However, they are about 10 miles off the A7. The drive was worth it. Quiet - Comfy - Morning staff spoke better English. Would definitely stay again."
