This was a very basic hotel but clean and tidy. Room had a decent bathroom, beds and tv but nothing else. Limited check in times and the codes given were confusing and staff struggled with English and sadly my French is really bad. There was a night club in the adjoining car part which boomed out until about 5 am! Not overly noisy but you could not keep your window open. For a cheap hotel it OK and I would consider staying here again.

The Hotel is old and dirty. Extremely small bedrooms. Extremely small and thin mattresses on the beds, which made the nights very uncomfortable. Would never go back to this place. The only positive is that it was walking distance from the theater I was going to see a show.

It was disappointing, very disappointingâ˜č!! We arrived late and needed a code to enter. It didn't workâ˜č. We tried to contact the listed emergency number, it didn't work either! We contacted Hotels.com and spoke to a friendly lady. There was good talk, but no solution came. Another guest at the hotel came out of the hotel door (had to get something in his car) and wanted to help us. It resulted in him not being able to enter the door againâ˜č. My wife and I found another hotel that was open to guests. Now we have paid for 2 nights, but have only received 1 nightâ˜č. How do we get our refund from Hotel Inn Design Montluçon🙏??? Do yourself a favor, don't use the Hotel Inn Design Montluçon if you're staying overnightâ˜č.

Une fĂȘte foraine sur le parking Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l’hĂŽtel, la personne de l’accueil a Ă©tĂ© parfaite, malgrĂ© d’une chambre sur l’arriĂšre de l’hĂŽtel pour moins de bruit avec la fĂȘte foraine nous avons prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© trouver un autre hĂŽtel. Ayant rĂ©servĂ© sur le net et payĂ© nous avons donc perdu la somme versĂ©e, nous ne rĂ©serverons plus ainsi pour Ă©viter une mauvaise surprise.

Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© notre nuit dans cet hĂŽtel. Il est juste dommage qu’un panneau ne soit pas ajoutĂ© sur la route afin de le repĂ©rer facilement sachant que l’enseigne Ă©teint Ă©teinte. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et merci Ă  elles pour leurs accueil
