"We were very thankful for all the help that Kirsten at the front desk provided for us. We made a mistake by booking a queen bedroom. She worked very hard to accommodate us and have us moved to a king bedroom. She was very friendly, courteous and attentive to all of our needs. She is an exceptional employee.
