"Great overall"

"This is a really great option for your stay in Paris, especially if you want to be close to a central transportation hub. It’s situated on a very cute and quiet side street, secluded from the hustle and bustle but, at the same time, just steps away from the train station and metro. The area is also nice with a lot of stores and restaurants, plenty of food options and things to do. We were traveling with a toddler and booked through Expedia which allowed us to reserve a room not suitable for a crib. No fault of the hotel. They were very accommodating and upgraded us to a larger room so we could fit the crib. Rooms overall are on a smaller side but so are most in central Paris. The rooms are quite well stacked with everything you may need and are clean and updated. There is no AC on the property but with a fan it worked fine (we were traveling in the hot month of August). Overall we enjoyed our stay and it’s a good deal for the price! "

"Great little hotel well located in the southern Paris suburbs. The main thing I liked was the welcome I received from the concierge, who made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I stepped into the building. Rooms are small, but were perfectly adequate for me, and had everything I needed (the fan was a godsend!). The hotel is also a five-minute stroll from the Denfert-Rocheau Metro stop which takes you right into the heart of the city, and a RER rail station is a couple of minutes further on which links directly to Gare du Nord, so perfect for anyone using Eurostar. Between these stops and the hotel are a number of good bars and restaurants, so everything I wanted was nearby."

"My second visit to Hôtel des Bains was a totally different experience. I upgraded to a better/ larger room that faced the courtyard rather than the street. So much quieter. Quite comfortable the second time around."

"The Hotel Leopold is comfortable clean and in a lovely area of Paris. Many restaurants bars and metro nearby. The family room was spacious and had air conditioning and black out blinds I would highly recommend staying here "
