I tried to cancel a good 20 days before. I got no reply from the char (even though they say they respond typically in a day), I then emailed and got nothing back. Very uoset as I had to cancel due to a family member and to them be asked how my check in was just added to the upset. Disgusting

Après d’arrivée tardive, impossible de faire mon check. In. Le téléphone ne marchait pas, j’ai attendu 30 minutes avant de pouvoir rentrer dans l’hôtel grâce à des clients, je suis 20 minutes supplémentaire pour attendre quelqu’un à la réception dans les toilettes, je me faisais grimper dessus par des fourmis qui m’ont mordu les boules le matin à 11h quand je suis sorti pour aller aux toilettes, mon code n’a marchait plus impossible de re entrer dans ma chambre.

Le seul point positif est le couchage confortable et la vue sur l'extérieur calme de ma chambre. Sinon, les toilettes et les douches sentaient mauvais et étaient sales ou en mauvais état. Le petit petit-déjeuner honteux. Des produits industriels très bas de gamme, du pain, brioches secs. J'ai presque rien mangé. Même l'eau avait un goût de jus de pomme (contenant certainement mal nettoyé). C'était commode pour une nuit vu mon petit budget mais si prochaine fois il y a, je ne prendrai pas de petit petit déjeuner.

Propreté des sanitaires et douches horrible . Bruit toute la nuit beaucoup de bruit de porte et reveille a 6h du matin . Pas de savon ni de gobelet . Bref je ne recommande pas du tout . Meme si cest un hotel f1 la proprete doit y etre tout de meme.

Déçu par la chambre trop petite par rapport à d autres f1. Robinet du lavabo non fixé. Baguette d angle décollé. Nous ne retournerons pas dans ce f1. Enfin petit déjeuner restreint . Séjour à oublier

Nos deux nuits se sont très bien passées. Personnel très accueillant et souriant. Deux petites remarques : malheureusement certaines personnes laissent claquer la porte de leur chambre et parfois même oublient de tirer leur chasse d eau...
