The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, there's an espresso machine. Although it would be nice to have oil salt and pepper for basic cooking. It's also nice that there's a washing machine at our disposal. That said my room was in a basement and there's lots of stairs to carry my 50 lbs suitcase. That room felt clostophobic to me. Also, I sent messages with no response to it. It also smells cigarettes and I'm not a smoker ;(

Very good hotel. Location is perfect 5-10 mins away from Berri UQAM. I felt safe on the streets around the place also. I got a message with a pin to access the hotel and the room. I don't think they have a reception. The room was a small studio but very clean, with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. They also have a laundry that's provided free of charge to the guests - I didn't use it, so can't comment The only noise I could hear was during the day and only from the stairs above, it was very quiet at night. Note that they do not do room service here at all. You get a few small bottles with shampoo and shower gel, 2x packs of towels, rubbish bags and maybe 5 toilet paper rolls. This might be a problem if you stay for the long term but was perfect for my 1 week stay For the price, location and quality of the room, I think this is a great option

Codes were not sent the night before and had to be requested. Cracked bowls. No cups provided. Water heater with unstable handle and risk of burns. Wobbly wooden stair with risk of falling. Clean appartment. Nice TV screen. Modern oven. Comfortable bed. Modern stove. Things very clean.

Decent. Very convenient location just a block to metro and few blocks to bus stops. If you have heavy luggage not ideal. Very narrow stairs. Supposed to get the check in instructions a day before arrival but nothing thill I arrived at the property. Had to call them which wasn’t pleasant but check out instructions were received exactly a day before.

Great accomodation in central location. Walkable to metro station, St. Catherine street, bars, clubs, grocery stores, and restaurants. The studio is small but cozy and clean. Will definitely stay here on my next visit.

The check in process is smooth. After uploading the ID they send me the door passcode and the instructions to the room. The room condition is not optimal. The bathroom doesn’t have a door. The wall is dirty. The water kettle doesn’t work (I emailed the host 3 days ago and haven’t got replies). The stove doesn’t work. The coffee machine doesn’t work and there’s no coffee pods. (The fridge and microwave oven were working though) For the next time I’d be happy to go to real hotels with $30 more per night but have less broken equipments.

Overall it was a great stay. The property could be more well maintained and have basic features such as hooks/hangers on the walls or in the washroom. Other than that it's a great stay. Clean, easy to access and comfortable. Amazing cost-benefit.

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at the same property. It’s a cute boutique hotel. The rooms are very clean. Bathrooms are clean in a very convenient location to the village if that’s where you wanna go.

Awesome for the price.

For the price, this is an excellent place. It is clean and a good location. A few small points: 1) Recycling bins in the garbage closet would be nice. 2) Entrance was awkward with people being locked out consistently. I think an attendant on the speaker would be most helpful.

My first time to Montreal. This was a very convenient and cute place to stay. Clean, updated, comfy and private. Great location near the village, st denis and the metro. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location for ST. Catherine St visit

Super easy to enter premises - all digital. Parking was easy to find right on the street. Place was super clean and has everything needed. Location is awesome. We parked for the 4 days and walked everywhere. Located just 4 minutes from St. Catherine St.

Convenient, Quiet and Clean

The hotel is on a row near a large number of other small hotels right behind the bus depot and the Barri-UQAM Metro station. Super central location, amazingly easy to grab the metro or a Bixi bike. The property itself is easy to get into, quiet and clean. Bed was comfy and air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was good too.

Location, Location, Location !

First time at this hotel. Although I reserved a small single room, it was clean, tidy and quiet with a small kitchen and air conditioner. The location can’t be beat: 2 minutes to the subway & bus station, a few blocks to Le Plateau and The Village + a large parking garage directly across the street. I’ve had to walk blocks to house my car in the past…no more. I look forward to staying here again when I make it back to Montréal.

A really great bang for your buck - right in the heart of the city within walking distance of the old quarter. With the negative reviews I was worried, but for the price you really can't complain and I'm glad I took the chance. Surprisingly spacious and quiet in the deluxe room, and the kitchenette was a god send. Plus the in-room temperature control came with a remote so you could adjust the temperature settings while cozy in bed. The property responded immediately to my questions, as well. Definitely staying here again next time we're in the city! :)
