"We only stayed over night, but the property was clean and the staff were friendly. I wish there was an elevator, but overall it was a great stay."

"My room was directly across from an elevator that made a high pitched metal scraping noise every time that it opened and closed. Very hard to sleep when people were using elevator. Told desk staff upon departure and they said that they would let someone know. I am sure that I am not the only customer who has reported this so wonder when they intend to address this problem. Carpets could use a good vaccume and cleaning. Shower head would spray in all directions and obviously need replacing. One evening there was a couple down the hall having a VERY loud "conversation" for a couple of hours. Door handle to door that connected to neighbouring room was unlocked which felt a little unsafe. Building decor is a little outdated and building is a total maze to navigate. Desk staff were friendly but required that I return my key cards in the morning to the front desk rather than just leaving them in my room like other hotels, which, when expecting the arrival of an Uber in order to get to the airport first thing in the morning is an inconvenience."

"Really nice room and clean. Staff were great and attentive. My family of four really enjoyed it here. They are going through some construction but that wasn't a bother. Pool was nice for kids ... wish there was a hot tub for adults :)"

"This property is in a great location, walking distance to downtown and old Montreal. There’s a grocery store a few blocks away for supplies. It’s an older property but seems well kept. The room was cleaned but smelled a bit like chemicals when we first arrived. An open window for a bit fixed that. Breakfast was really good, lots of options. Pool was a very nice feature also. Overall would definitely stay here again!"
